Valerie Berlin

Valerie Berlin is a principal at BerlinRosen and oversees the firm’s public affairs practice and campaign services division. For over twenty years, Valerie has built winning coalitions to pass laws, win elections and impact policy decisions at the local, state and national levels.

At BerlinRosen, Valerie has put her skills as a seasoned public affairs professional and campaign manager to work for major non-profits, labor unions and political candidates, developing and executing hard-hitting issue campaigns, multi-faceted legislative battles and tough electoral victories.

Prior to founding BerlinRosen, Valerie managed electoral and issue campaigns that led to the creation of New York City’s groundbreaking campaign finance reform program, mandated improved health insurance coverage for women and led New York’s State Senate Democrats to pick up three seats in one election year, setting the course for the first Democratic takeover of the State Senate in more than 40 years.
