Emma Woods

Emma Woods is an associate at BerlinRosen, where she is a member of the firm’s strategic communications practice. An experienced writer and editor with a background in social media advocacy, Emma collaborates with clients to develop effective campaign strategies and deliver targeted media messages.

Emma honed her communications skills most recently with the New York-based Women’s Media Center. Her work there included managing multiple social media sites, blogging for the non-profit and their various campaign blogs, and organizing media trainings.

Previously, Emma worked as a freelance editor while living in the Netherlands, editing academic research for professors and doctoral students at the University of Groningen. She also served as a communications and editorial contributor for the Aletta Institute for Women’s History in Amsterdam.
